Returns & Exchanges

At Design Museum Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are intact, and include a copy of your delivery note inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
